- 12-24hrs test before shipping back.
- A copy of the correct procedure to connect the amplifier back in the car to avoid damaging it will be printed and included in the package when the amplifier is shipped back to you!

- Postal Service: Ship your amplifier to us via post. Once repaired, we will mail it back to you securely.

What warranty does this repair come with?
- This repair comes with a 12-month warranty on the work we carry out, or 6 months if the amplifier had been opened, repaired or taken apart by others before. You can check your warranty on our Warranty page.
- The warranty covers the same fault we repaired. A different fault, or a fault caused by improper use or fitting, is not covered. The warranty is void if our warranty seals have been tampered with.
How does the Postal Repair Service work?

| Step 2. Print your order confirmation We’ll email it to you straight after booking. No printer? Write your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the box with your Naim amplifier. |
| Step 3. Pack your Naim amplifier safely Wrap it in bubble wrap and put it in a sturdy box with your order confirmation or order number. Please don’t put any tape directly on the amplifier itself or on the bubble wrap, only tape the box. |
| Step 4. Post it to us Send it to the NaviTex address shown on your order confirmation. We recommend a tracked postal service, so you can follow your parcel all the way to us. You need to arrange and pay for the postage to us yourself. The shipping you pay on our website is only to send your amplifier back to you, so we won’t send you a postage label. |
| Step 5. We repair, test and return it When it arrives, we repair it and test it. If you give us your phone number, we’ll send you a WhatsApp video of it working. Then we post it back to you. |
What is the turnaround time for this Repair?

- Please note that “Turnaround Time” refers to the time your amplifier will stay with us for repair and test, it doesn’t include shipping time!
What if it’s Non Repairable?
- At NaviTex we have a 100% Success Rate on repairing these Bentley Continental MK2 Naim Audio Amplifiers!
- Unless someone else attempted to repair your Naim Amplifier before, it should be repairable.
- If under any circumstance it is a “Non Repair” you’ll be refunded in full except the shipping cost which will cover shipping the amplifier back to you.

A couple of months ago, the Naim amplifier in my 2010 Bentley Continental stopped working after a routine annual service at the Bentley dealer. Trying to save some money, I initially sent the amplifier to someone I found on eBay in the West Midlands, as his prices were cheaper than other repairers. He claimed the amplifier was beyond repair and offered to sell me a replacement. Frustrated, I returned to the Bentley dealer who carried out the service on the car, and they recommended Andrei at NaviTex.
